Sabrina Valle -I began my exercise career as a group exercise instructor for sports & racquet clubs in New York City. When I moved to California, I began my exercise career with Spare Time Clubs and have been with them for the last 18 years. I have an eclectic background of affiliations and certifications. My Pilates Mat and Reformer training and education is through Stott Pilates. I love to teach and have a passion for helping clients achieve their personal goal, I am happy to provide hands on guidance to enhance and motivate your own commitment to your health and well-being.
Usha Delorme –I’ve been a sports enthusiast all my life dabbling in competitive tennis, swimming, running, skiing and recreational ballet which resulted in various sports injuries. This brought me to Pilates, Hatha Yoga and Meditation. Since 2008 I’ve been a firm believer in the wonders and miracles of therapeutic Pilates and I would advocate its techniques to anyone seeking recovery and comfort.
I obtained my Two Year Pilates Certificate from Orange Coast College in Mat & Apparatus (Cadillac, Reformer, Wunda Chair, Barrels, Spine Corrector & Accessories). I worked at Westcliff Chiropractic in Newport Beach in conjunction with a team of chiropractors, physical therapists and massage therapists. Together we devised treatment plans for patients suffering from injury and pain as well as those seeking athletic/fitness goals. I continue to do the same at Premier Chiropractic & Pilates in Woodland since my move to Northern California in 2013.
In May of 2015 I obtained my Barre Certification from Stott Pilates and have been teaching Barre Classes at Premier Chiropractic & Pilates and loving it. My Barre classes are a lot of fun…the classes have a bit of everything…ballet, dance, Pilates and yoga to inspiring music and I encourage artistic creativity from my students.
Tawnya Galeazzi - I have been active my entire life, from playing sports in high school to recreational leagues, to enjoying hiking in the great outdoors. I have forever been searching for a fitness class where I could see visible results and be in a comfortable environment. I fell in love with barre classes a little over a year ago and decided to train under the creator of Booty Barre, Tracey Mallet. I love sharing fitness and strive for healthy living every day and look forward to sharing my passion for a great barre workout with you.
