Pilates Principles

We offer “Pilates Principles” to allow you to experience for yourself what makes Pilates unique. In this 50 minute session you will be introduced to the 5 STOTT Pilates Basics:

1. Breathing

2. Pelvic Placement

3. Ribcage Placement

4. Scapular Stabilization

5. Head & Cervical Placement

These five biomechanical principles raise awareness of how the body moves and ensures focus on precision & control so that you can realize the full benefits of any exercise program.
