Sabrina_Valle_1_1.jpgSabrina Valle - I began my exercise career as a group exercise instructor for sports & racquet clubs in New York City.  When I moved to California, I began my exercise career with Spare Time Clubs and have been with them for the last 18 years.  I have an eclectic background of affiliations and certifications.  My Pilates Mat and Reformer training and education is through Stott Pilates.  I love to teach and have a passion for helping clients achieve their personal goal, I am happy to provide hands on guidance to enhance and motivate your own commitment to your health and well-being.


Pam_Haynes_picture_2_1.jpgPam Haynes -I grew up right here in Woodland, and spent most of my childhood in gymnastics. I discovered Pilates in 2002 when I was looking for an exercise discipline that would offer both strength and an enhanced flexibility program. I was amazed by the transformation my body made with Pilates.  I decided to turn my love for practicing Pilates into teaching.  My Pilates Mat & Reformer training is through the Stott Pilates program. In January 2011, I trained & certified under Tracey Mallet, creator of Booty Barre. Booty Barre is an energetic and fun workout that fuses fitness techniques from Ballet, Dance, Pilates & Yoga that will tone and define the whole body without adding bulk. Barre is a wonderful compliment to your workout and I enjoy helping clients find fun in fitness.


Lauretta Hyatt-Chan -A Basi leading fitness and wellness professional. My 30 years of teaching experience, combined with Physical Therapy education, and 17 years clinical PT experience, give me a fine and complete set of tools for teaching functional movement through PILATES. I received my Associate of Science Degree/Physical Therapist Assistant from Sacramento City College in 1986. As a collegiate athlete I competed in Swimming, Springboard Diving, and Track at CSU-Sacramento. I still love to swim, dive, and practice synchronized swimming for exercise and enjoyment.


Usha Delorme –I recently moved to Woodland from Orange County. Sports injuries throughout my life introduced me to Pilates. Since 2008 I’ve been a firm believer in the wonders and miracles of therapeutic Pilates. I obtained my certification in Mat, and Apparatus (Cadillac, Reformer, Wunda Chair, Barrels, Spine Corrector & Accessories) Pilates from Orange Coast College.  For the last three years I worked at Westcliff Medical Chiropractic, in Newport Beach where I honed and refined my Pilates skills in conjunction with a team of delightful chiropractors, physical therapists and massage therapists.  Together we devised treatment plans for patients suffering from injury and pain as well as those seeking athletic goals or fitness.  It has been such a joy to see my patients get relief from pain and find recovery back to normal health. I have also instructed group classes in Yoga and Pilates at Total Woman and 24 Hour Fitness.


Lisa Malm-I was first introduced to the Pilates method in 2007 while working on her Master’s degree in Horticulture and Agronomy at the University of California Davis. She continued practicing on and off over the next few years and always came back to Pilates as a form of cross training or to rehabilitate injuries incurred from running or cycling. In  2011 Lisa began spending more and more time in the Pilates studio as her job in Agriculture research continued to leave her unfulfilled until she finally realized Pilates was what was truly exciting and challenging her. She started slowly, first by taking a mat certification course through Body Arts and Sciences (BASI) and teaching mat courses part-time.  In 2012 Lisa decided to pursue Pilates full-time and continued her education by completing her BASI Comprehensive Teacher Training.  Lisa brings a “whole-being” approach to her Pilates practice and loves the constant challenge of the Pilates method and the awareness and appreciation of the body that it brings.
